Refund Policy



Exchanges

Order the wrong size? No problem! Our generous exchange policy makes it easy
to shop online with no risk to you!

The following are eligible for exchange:
• Damaged or defective goods
• Size is not as described
• Wrong item ordered by mistake

If you need an exchange, send us an email at support@fortuneflyclothing.com.
To help improve our product quality, we require that you send us a picture of
the issue (if applicable). Once that is verified, we'll ship out your
replacement, free of charge. Since all our products are custom-made, the time
it takes for your exchange to arrive you may vary.

Refunds

Even the most Lit of clothing is made by imperfect human beings, so
occasionally we make a mistake! We offer a 30 day refund policy for items that
are damaged or defective.

Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:
• Garment is unworn and unused
• Request is within 30 days of shipment arrival
• Item was not on sale (excluding discount codes)

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery - case by case
basis
• Bundles which are missing some items
• Item has gone on sale within 24 hours of ordering

To help improve our product quality, we require that you send us a picture of
the issue (if applicable). Once you have submitted your request, we will
review your feedback and notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to
your original method of payment. This typically takes 2-5 business days to
post to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company,
it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If a refund has
not posted within 14 days of request, please contact us at
support@fortuneflyclothing.com to resolve the issue.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be
refunded. These may be exchanged under the conditions above.

All refund and exchange policies are subject to change, and we may grant or
deny refunds outside the scope of this policy.
